PROVIDED VALUABLE TEAM BUILDING: “We engaged Tercon to support team building activities. The scope of services included the Project Team Alignment Survey, consulting services and coaching. The Project Team Alignment Survey was useful in assessing the team’s strengths and gaps. It provided a basis for pinpointed corrections around decision making and interface management. The project conducted internal planning workshops at major transition events such as award of EPIC contract, start of manifold fabrication at local yard and start of offshore installation. Tercon provided support in planning these events and usually included a team building segment (i.e., decision making, communication plan, roles and responsibilities). These events were very valuable as it provided a forum for the team to align on the next body of work. This is the area where Tercon provided the most value.”
