The TeamWorth™ team development system has been developed over the past 31 years consulting to hundreds of teams. It consists of high performance modules and assessments
TeamWorth™ Modules are 2-3 hour interventions or training modules. They can be conducted as stand-alone events, or combined into multiple-unit or multi-day training programs. Modules are selected to meet exact team development needs, and are tailored to specific team and organizational realities.
The TeamWorth assessment process identifies drivers of team culture. Tercon then co-creates, with management, an approach to intervene at the behavioral and cultural levels. We assume that culture drives success. The assessment lays a strong foundation to implement a culture improvement process.
The goal always is to determine the “critical few” factors that will make the most impact.
This includes aspects of the current culture that promote the desired outcomes, and some that detract. There are usually also behaviors that need to be started.
Our research and experience has also identified team high performance factors that have a strong impact on team performance.
