Good people will get the job done… eventually. In working with literally hundreds of projects, we have observed that a project team composed of qualified and committed members, left to their own development, will usually arrive at a point of expected performance and achievement. This is illustrated by the A-B curve on the graph below. Effective training will move the project team further and faster into its preferred future, as illustrated by the A-C curve. This earlier achievement of high performance is “money in the bank” for the project.
