Project Management Boot-Camp

  • Description: Many organizations today and more in the future will expect project managers to have the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential. The credential assures organizations that project managers have a competency in project management concepts and the skills required to execute those concepts. This 4-day program meets the 35 hour requirement for the PMP® certification and is consistent with the Project Management Body of Knowledge 3rd Edition.
  • Learning Outcome: In this 4-day program, you will learn project management concepts from beginning to advanced including earned value and point of total assumption. Several case studies and a workshop project will ensure you are competent to practice the concepts presented in the workshop.
  • Recommended For: Project/program managers with 3 years of experience who desire to obtain the PMP® certification. Project management professional desiring to update their skills and/or complete the continuing education requirements to maintain their certification.
