If unresolved, it can rob the project of vital energy and focus. Unfortunately, the ability to recognize, respond to and resolve conflict is a skill set that is not widely distributed in the project management community.
- LEARNING OUTCOMES: In this one-day workshop, you will learn to anticipate potential conflict for each project phase, as well as respond to conflict as it arises. You will assess your own conflict response style and learn to facilitate conflict discussions using Tercon’s proven Collaborative Conflict Resolution Process.
