Clients and prospective clients measure our value in three ways:
We asked a number of clients to describe their work with us in a sentence or short paragraph.
We have developed descriptions of successful work we have performed around the world.
- Assessments
We use a variety of fit for purpose assessments and proprietary tools, both standardized and customized, to measure the quality of the process and the excellence of the outcome in the leader, team and organizational work we do.
These include the following sample custom assessments:
- Team Dashboard: to measure monthly progress along key dimensions
- Project Manager 360º Feedback Tool: to provide a complete, clear, “panoramic” picture of project manager performance
- Morale and Satisfaction Survey: to provide multi-year baseline and comparative data for organization improvement.
