About Lorin R. Walker, MOB, PhD
Doctor Walker possesses twenty-seven years experience helping organizations fulfill their missions through focused leadership, team excellence and intelligent change management. Lorin is experienced and equally at home creating powerful and lasting impact in the classroom, on the shop floor, or around the conference table.

His experience spans a vast range of industries and functions. He has worked fulltime for several Fortune 100 companies: Procter & Gamble, ARCO Oil & Gas, and Ernst & Young. He has consulted to over 70 different corporations and public entities, including Shell Canada, Bechtel, Southland Corporation, Banc One, KPMG, Chevron, Canon Imaging Systems, Worley Parsons, Dow Chemical, Ford Motor Company, and the Environmental Protection Agency.

As Chief Learning Officer and Director of Organization Development for Tercon Consulting, Lorin’s commitment is to create energy for leaders to apply real-time knowledge for organization achievement and personal well-being. Specific passions include enabling speed-to-competence, leadership coaching, change management, organization development, large capital project coaching, and action research and survey design. He is certified in the methodologies of AchieveGlobal, ODI, DDI, Interact, MOHR, The Birkman Method and Career Architect 360.

Lorin received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University in New York City. He earned an MA in Organizational Behavior, with honors, at the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University, and a PhD in Psychology, also at Brigham Young, where he was a faculty member.

Doctor Walker is an experienced public speaker, has co-written several songs, and publishes a periodic Leadership and Life Balance Blog.

About Steven Davis
Steve Davis has over thirty years of experience in the energy sector, most recently as a senior executive with Exxon Mobil Corporation. After the merger of Exxon and Mobil in 1999, he held the positions of Vice President-Downstream Business Services and Assistant Corporate Controller. He joined Mobil Corporation as Corporate Controller in 1998 after a 23 year career at Chevron Corporation. He led the start-up of significant new employment centers for support services in South America, Southeast Asia, and Eastern Europe. Davis has written several articles and publications on financial operations, enterprise system implementations and business value networks.

Mr. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Auburn University. He attended several universities for post-graduate studies and executive education programs. In addition to his service as Chairman of the Fairfax County, Virginia Economic Development Authority Commission for the past seven years, he chairs the Advisory Board for the George Mason University School of Management, and formerly served on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Chamber of Commerce, and as a member of the Virginia Business Council.
