Tom Ainsworth is an organizational development professional with over twenty years of line operations and corporate experience in leadership roles within   manufacturing industries.  Starting his consulting career in 1997, he currently serves clients in the delivery of consulting services and coordinates the activities of Tercon’s Houston, Texas office.

Tom graduated from The University of Toledo with a bachelor’s degree in business, specializing in organizational effectiveness.  He has served in leadership positions of community and professional organizations and currently is a member of the leadership core group for the Houston Chapter of the Organizational Development Network.
