Richard joined Tercon in 2007.  He has over 25 years of professional consulting experience in both “Big Four” and leading consultancies specializing in change management, leadership and team development.  He brings comprehensive expertise to the design, development and delivery of change and performance improvement programs in support of major organizational initiatives.  Richard holds an MBA degree in Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management as well as a BA degree in Psychology from DePauw University. He also served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army.

Richard and his wife live in Barrington, Illinois.
