Mark T. Owens is the former Director of Global Facilities Delivery for Eli Lilly and Company where he worked for over 30 years. In his last role, he led a global organization responsible for capital project services, including capital planning, project planning, project control, construction quality, commissioning and qualifi¬cation.

After several assignments in bulk manufacturing, corporate engineering, opera¬tions, facilities planning and human resources, Mark gained a first-hand global perspective on the business when he moved to Ireland to serve as general manager of Lilly’s manufacturing operation in Kinsale. He returned to Indiana in 1994, where he was named director of corporate health, safety and environmen¬tal affairs.

Mark has used his extensive experience working with capital projects and project teams to assist Tercon’s clients in accelerating their project team performance and leadership development.

A native of Terre Haute, Indiana, Mark received a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 1972, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University in 1981.
