Karl grew up in Latin America, Europe and North America.  He holds an engineering Bachelors degree from the University of Toronto and a Masters in business from Stanford University. He worked for 36 years in pharmaceutical, medical device and agribusiness primarily in the US and Canada.  He has consulted to a variety of organizations from a business, human resources and organization perspective.
