Kalman has more than 20 years experience as a practitioner in this field and has consulted to organizations in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, both in North America and overseas. Before working as a consultant, he was the Director of Learning and Education for Coopers & Lybrand (currently PricewaterhouseCoopers). Kalman has a B.A. and a Master’s Degree in Adult Education with a specialty in Organizational Development.
