Jeannette Terry, President and Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Terry is an experienced human capital consultant who has spent the past 28 years helping organizations and corporate leaders build sustainable organizational capability, drive down costs, minimize risk, and achieve their personal and business objectives. Some of her clients include: Chevron, Royal Dutch Shell, Bayer, Pacific Gas & Electric, Dow Chemical, Hybritech France, and Siemens.
Under Ms. Terry’s leadership, Tercon has grown from a regionally-focused firm to a premier international human capital consultancy providing expert advice and customized solutions to Fortune 50 Global Organizations. Ms. Terry has extensive experience with major capital projects assisting project executives and teams to achieve performance breakthroughs and dramatically improve organizational capability. Her work in coaching leaders and developing multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams has taken her across six continents, as well as to offshore facilities in Africa and Asia.
Prior to becoming a principal in Tercon, Ms. Terry served as an executive with two international non-profit organizations, as well as Director of Organization & Faculty Development for a large international seminar company that provided adult education programs in over 50 countries. Her passion for helping people increase their understanding of and respect for cultural differences and find ways to leverage them into strengths in the workplace developed as a result of these experiences.
Jeannette has taught communication and performance management at several colleges and is a published author in topics that include conflict management, cross-cultural teaming and leadership development. She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and Human Relations and has completed post-graduate study in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development. She is multi-lingual with special fluency in French.
