Thirty-seven years at Eli Lilly and Company gaining experience in management and individual contributor positions in Biochemistry Discovery, Quality Control, Active Pharmaceutical Intermediate Manufacturing, Fill-Finish Manufacturing, Packaging, Human Resources, Training, Human Performance Development con¬sulting and Organizational Change Management consulting.

The common thread through all of these assignments was Jim’s desire to help others learn, develop skills and succeed regardless of whether he was in a man¬agement role or an individual contributor role. He developed a reputation for being a highly sought after resource for his excellent facilitation, coaching and teaching skills.

Since joining the Tercon Faculty, Jim has used his expertise in supervisory and management skills, Quality Control, leading project teams and Criterion Refer¬enced Instructional Design to serve the needs of a highly diversified client base.
