George currently teaches fulltime at Rockhurst University, teaching regular and Executive MBA courses.  He also has over ten years of consulting experience, leveraged from his years in management and consulting positions at sanofi-aventis Pharmaceuticals and Hallmark Cards.  George has earned a degree in Economics from Georgia State University, an MBA from Rockhurst University, and is currently completing a PhD focused on leadership and education from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.
